Roles and responsibilities of this job

White Tiger Holidays is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our team as an Outbound/International Tour Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing outbound/international tours for our customers.

Work closely with travel agents and tour operators to plan and organize outbound/international tours.
Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable tour packages.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals for our customers.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and track tour expenses to ensure budget compliance.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
More than 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other related software.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them.
