Bling Holidays Travels and Tours is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outbound Tour Manager to join our growing team in the Travel Agents/Tour Operators industry. We are a well-established company that offers a wide range of travel services, including holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate outbound tours for clients, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services for clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with international tour operators and other travel partners.
Create detailed itineraries and provide clear instructions and information to clients.
Oversee the execution of tours, ensuring that all arrangements and services meet quality standards and client expectations.
Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the tour, providing quick and effective solutions.
Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability for the company.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to offer innovative and competitive tour packages.
Train and supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to maintain high levels of service and professionalism.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound tour management in the Travel Agents/Tour Operators industry.
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of popular international destinations, including cultural experiences, landmarks, and activities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in using travel booking systems and Microsoft Office.
A can-do attitude and a passion for travel and customer satisfaction.
