As a Client Relation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in counseling potential clients through our advanced system, guiding them toward effective debt relief programs. Your primary responsibility will be to build rapport, educate clients about their options, and successfully enroll them in our relief solutions. Once onboarded, you will seamlessly connect them to our expert team in the U.S. office for further assistance.

Position Highlights

  • Role: Outbound Lead Generation
  • Shift: Night Shift (US CST Timezone)
  • Earnings: Competitive Base Salary(17k) + Lucrative Commissions
  • Career Growth: Annual Salary Appraisal & Internal Promotion Opportunities
  • Schedule: Five working days per week (US Calendar)

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong rapport with potential clients, understanding their financial situation and offering tailored solutions 
  • Educate clients on the available relief options and guide them towards the most suitable program 
  • Successfully enroll clients into our relief programs, ensuring accurate and complete documentation 
  • Seamlessly transfer clients to our expert team in the U.S. office for further assistance 
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, addressing any concerns or queries in a timely manner 

What We’re Looking For

Education:

  • English Medium Education is mandatory.
  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate degree (or higher).
