Job Description

We are seeking dynamic, knowledgeable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Orientation Instructor for our foreign employment preparation program. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering effective orientation sessions to individuals preparing for employment abroad. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as a thorough understanding of foreign labor market issues, legal frameworks, and cultural sensitivities related to foreign employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct orientation sessions for outbound migrant workers, covering legal, social, and practical aspects of foreign employment
  • Deliver accurate and up-to-date information on labor laws, workers' rights, health and safety, and destination country regulations
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and handouts in line with government guidelines
  • Address participants’ questions and concerns clearly and professionally
  • Ensure all orientation sessions meet the standards set by the Ministry of Labor and Employment
  • Maintain attendance and training records of all participants
  • Provide feedback and reports to management regarding session effectiveness and trainee engagement
