Job Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS R12 modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS, etc.)
Define and execute vertical strategy aligned with enterprise IT goals
Techno-Functional skills and manage cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, testers)
Oversee solution architecture, customization, and integration efforts
Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and regulatory standards
Drive upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
