We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing and/or Implementation Officer for our HRM software solution. This role combines strategic marketing expertise with hands-on implementation skills, ensuring our clients both understand the value of our software and experience a seamless transition and setup. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach, managing client onboarding, and overseeing the deployment of our HRM system.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software marketing, client onboarding, or software implementation, ideally within the HRM or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of HRM software functionalities and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools.

Job Description

Marketing and Outreach

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns targeting HR professionals and companies in need of HRM solutions.
  • Create engaging marketing content, including product brochures, case studies, blog posts, and social media posts, to increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target potential clients, assist in lead generation, and support the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to showcase the software's value and features.

Implementation and Client Onboarding

  • Lead the client onboarding process by coordinating project timelines, requirements gathering, and system setup for smooth implementation.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and customize the software to suit their organizational workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients, offering guidance on software functionalities, best practices, and maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to support by providing clients with comprehensive documentation and ongoing assistance.

Product Knowledge and Improvement

  • Stay updated on HR industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure our software remains competitive and meets client demands.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients, identifying potential areas for software improvement and collaborating with product development teams.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the technical team, ensuring that client feedback is effectively translated into technical requirements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and proactive communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Address any implementation challenges, escalating technical issues to the development team as necessary.
  • Follow up post-implementation to ensure the software is being used effectively and identify any additional training or customization needs.
