  • Manage day-to-day store operations ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Ensure proper product display and maintain high standards of customer service.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Customer Relationship & Recovery:

  • Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Oversee recovery and follow-up on pending payments.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical practices.
