Job Description

Cedar Gate Technologies is looking for an Operation Support Trainee in the Operation Support department. The Operation Support Trainee will be responsible for carrying out tasks assigned by the manager/mentor and learn the job in the field of the assigned traineeship.

Learn efficient filing of medical claims to payers for reimbursement with appropriate documentation as necessary.
Learn to post patient payments and insurance payments.
Provide coverage for all essential function activities such as data entry, claim filing, claim auditing, and cross-training on package protocols per assignment.
Learn to identify and correct or pend discrepancies and claims with missing or invalid information according to established protocols for investigation and resolution.
Complete additional duties and projects as assigned by management/mentor.
Support senior members of the team with daily deliverables by learning the standard process used.
