Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven Operations Officer / Manager to oversee daily hotel operations. The role ensures smooth coordination across departments, high service standards, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences while aligning with the company's operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Security)
Ensure compliance with Lord’s Hotels & Resorts operating standards and policies
Monitor guest services to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality
Coordinate departmental activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Manage staff scheduling, duty rosters, and operational workflows
Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally and effectively
Ensure operational readiness for peak seasons, events, and VIP guests
Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational costs to ensure efficiency
Support implementation of SOPs, health, safety, and hygiene standards
Train, coach, and supervise operational staff to maintain service excellence
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for group bookings, events, and special requests
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality management, or service industry leadership
Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and service quality standards
Ability to manage teams, workflows, and operational challenges
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
