Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lalitpur for the role of Operations Officer. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage all aspects of operations, administration, and examination, including scheduling exams, coordinating with invigilators, ensuring the integrity of the examination process, and accurately reporting results. The role requires close coordination with clients and candidates, training staff on exam procedures, maintaining detailed and compliant exam records, and ensuring adherence to the standards and regulations set by Cambridge Assessment English and other relevant bodies. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality exam services and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information on Cambridge Assessment English products and services.
  • Respond to inquiries from schools regarding exam registration, schedules, procedures, and results.
  • Coordinate registration data and assist with processing entries using official platforms.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records in the CRM and exam management systems.
  • Liaise with examiners, invigilators, and partner schools to ensure smooth exam operations.
  • Manage the secure dispatch and receipt of exam materials in full compliance with Cambridge regulations.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Prepare service performance reports, feedback summaries, and operational insights for internal review.
  • Support logistical and administrative arrangements for training sessions, orientation events, and briefings.
