Are you a data-driven professional with a knack for problem-solving and operational efficiency? We are looking for an Operations Officer to join our team!

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
Assist in streamlining processes and implementing data-backed solutions.
Collaborate with different departments to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies.
Support the operations team with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Experience with SQL, Python, or other data-handling tools (a plus).
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights effectively.
