Are you a data-driven professional with a knack for problem-solving and operational efficiency? We are looking for an Operations Officer to join our team!

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
• Assist in streamlining processes and implementing data-backed solutions.
• Collaborate with different departments to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies.
• Support the operations team with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other data-handling tools (a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights effectively.
