Since 2010 we are leading distributor of Ophthalmic equipment like: Phaco and Vitreoretinal machines, Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT), Operating Microscopes, Dry Eye Machine, Ophthalmic Simulator, Ophthalmic Lasers, Slit lamps, Ultrasound AB-scan units, Lensometer, Keratometer, Ophthalmoscopes, Retinoscopes, etc. dealing with major brands such as: Oertli, Heidelberg, Leica, Oculus, Lightmed, Accutome, & many more products launched recently such as HOYA premium IOL in Nepal.

Job Description

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and streamline the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring all departments function cohesively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, company policies and check certification requirements time to time.
  • Itinerary Management: Create and maintain detailed itineraries for staff trips, including travel times, confirmations, important contact information, and local accommodation recommendations.
  • Visa and Travel Document Management: Assist staff with obtaining visas and other necessary travel documents.
  • Track Conference Schedules: Maintain a comprehensive database of upcoming conferences, including dates, locations, registration deadlines, and key themes.
  • Maintain demo calendar:  Manage the calendar for equipment demonstrations, coordinating with internal teams (sales, engineering) and potential clients to find mutually agreeable times and dates.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and implement new processes or procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Client database management: Manage all aspects of the client database, including data entry, maintenance, and updates. Develop and implement data quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for optimal value.
  • Event Management: Manage logistics, budgets, vendors and event activities for the smooth execution of events.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate effectively with all departments, fostering open communication and a positive work environment.
  • Train and Mentor Staff: Train new team members on operational processes and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management or an equivalent.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years work in related field. 
  • Proficient in using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software to create reports and presentations.

  • Self-motivated, positive, polite, willing to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment.
