As a part of restructuring of the organization, we are calling for vacancies in the following positions to be a member of the organization.

• Guiding and directing management in the development, promotion of products and services and its opportunities in consultation with the CEO/MD,
• Coordinating with the Management Consultant and ensuring that all deliverables are met as per the agreement in consultation with the CEO/ MD and the Corporate Advisors,
• Examining current business process and make necessary changes so the best practices and policies are in place in consultation with the CEO/ MD and the Corporate Advisors,
• Preparation of reports on a weekly and monthly basis relating to overall status of the operations and whether objectives are being met, 
• Directing the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad organizational goals and growth objectives in consultation with the CEO/ MD,
• Identifying and creating the structure and processes necessary to manage the organization's current activities and its projected growth, 
• Maintaining a sound plan of corporate organization, establishing policies to ensure adequate management development and to provide for capable management succession, 
• Developing and implementing procedures and controls to ensure security and accountability and accurate information flow within the organization, 
• Evaluating the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results to the Chief Executive Officer, and 
• Oversee the operations and administration of the organization.

The Operations Officer shall provide leadership and strategic vision to the organization in  collaboration with the CEO/ Managing Director of the organization. The role shall be in charge of  bringing procedural, reporting structure and operational controls to the organization. The role shall effectively communicate and foster growth among the executive team and all employees and oversee administration of the organization.
