The Operations Officer shall provide leadership and strategic vision to the organization in collaboration with the CEO/ Managing Director of the organization. The role shall be in charge of bringing procedural, reporting structure and operational controls to the organization. The role shall effectively communicate and foster growth among the executive team and all employees and oversee administration of the organization.
Remuneration package to be decided by gauging the capacity of the individual with the organizational policy, providing additional target-based incentives, as well as ample opportunities for foreign travel and an opportunity to represent forerunners of the industry.
