  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. (Masters preferred)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations, preferably with a focus on warehouse, logistics, and facility management.
  • Proven experience in managing warehouse teams and logistics networks.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, WMS/ERP systems, and logistics best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with local logistics regulations and vendor management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis), with a strong background in process optimization and working with ERP/WMS or other operational systems.

Working Conditions:

  • On-site position with occasional travel to vendor/supplier locations.
  • May require working beyond standard hours during peak seasons.

Job Description

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
  • Implement and manage inventory control systems (WMS/ERP).
  • Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory records.
  • Ensure warehouse layout optimization and space utilization.

Logistics & Delivery Operations:

  • Plan and manage transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Liaise with third-party logistics partners, transport vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays or issues.
  • Optimize delivery routes and vehicle utilization to improve service efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards for transportation.

Facility Management:

  • Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and safety of the warehouse and office premises.
  • Coordinate repairs, renovations, inspections and procurement of facility-related supplies and coordination of courier services.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee security, cleaning, and other facility-related services and vendors.
  • Maintain facility-related documentation including contracts, licenses, compliance certificates, and service agreements.
  • Manage utility services (electricity, water, internet, etc.) and ensure timely payment of related bills.
  • Oversee travel arrangements and accommodation for staff when needed.
  • Act as the point of contact for facility-related escalations and emergency response coordination.
