Job Description

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
Implement and manage inventory control systems (WMS/ERP).
Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory records.
Ensure warehouse layout optimization and space utilization.

Logistics & Delivery Operations:

Plan and manage transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Liaise with third-party logistics partners, transport vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays or issues.
Optimize delivery routes and vehicle utilization to improve service efficiency.
Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards for transportation.

Facility Management:

Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and safety of the warehouse and office premises.
Coordinate repairs, renovations, inspections and procurement of facility-related supplies and coordination of courier services.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
Oversee security, cleaning, and other facility-related services and vendors.
Maintain facility-related documentation including contracts, licenses, compliance certificates, and service agreements.
Manage utility services (electricity, water, internet, etc.) and ensure timely payment of related bills.
Oversee travel arrangements and accommodation for staff when needed.
Act as the point of contact for facility-related escalations and emergency response coordination.
