Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient hotel operations, managing staff, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring smooth running of departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of daily operations and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Supervise and guide hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure staff are trained in hotel policies, customer service standards, and health and safety regulations
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure effective resolutions are provided, aiming to exceed guest expectations.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction surveys and implement corrective actions when needed to improve service quality.
  • Monitor expenditures and work with department heads to ensure budgets are adhered to.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies for operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on hotel performance, including occupancy rates, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
