With our main branch in the USA and a growing office in Kathmandu, Nepal, we are looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our Nepal branch.

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily activities of the Kathmandu office, ensuring efficient operations, meeting company objectives, and aligning local activities with global goals. This role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced software development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures in alignment with the main office.
  • Monitor and optimize workflows to enhance team performance.

2. Team Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between international offices to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
  • Coordinate with department heads to address operational challenges and provide solutions.
  • Support employee onboarding and training processes to maintain high team standards.

3. Resource Management:

  • Manage office resources, including budgets, supplies, and equipment.
  • Work closely with HR to maintain an efficient workforce and address staffing needs.

4. Performance Monitoring:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operational strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on office performance and improvements.

5. Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and inclusive workplace environment.

6. Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify growth opportunities and suggest process improvements.
