Requirements

Job Overview:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the company.
Manage supply chain processes and inventory control.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure that the operations team delivers an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including key metrics and insights. Present findings to senior management and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in operations management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
