Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our team at Sherpa Pashmina Art. The Operation Manager will play a crucial role in the success of our organization by overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Oversee all aspects of export and import operations, including product sourcing, production, and shipping
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to customers
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all trade regulations and requirements
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to negotiate contracts and resolve any operational issues
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards for all products and shipments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to stay updated on market trends and new business opportunities
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders and invoices
