Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our team at Sherpa Pashmina Art. The Operation Manager will play a crucial role in the success of our organization by overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability
Oversee all aspects of export and import operations, including product sourcing, production, and shipping
Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to customers
Monitor and ensure compliance with all trade regulations and requirements
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to negotiate contracts and resolve any operational issues
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards for all products and shipments
Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to stay updated on market trends and new business opportunities
Analyze data and prepare reports to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders and invoices
