Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at K.B. Agro and Research Company. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, coordinate production schedules, and ensure efficient workflow within the processing plant.

Qualifications

• Operational management, Production planning, and Staff management skills
• Knowledge of poultry-industry processes and regulations
• Inventory management and Supply chain management skills
• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in poultry project management is a plus
