Position: Operation Manager (IT Professional)

Location: Master Marg, Kalanki

Experience: 2+ years in Operations Management and IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the website
Manage and monitor payment systems integration
Handle inventory management and fulfillment process optimization
Collaborate with the digital marketing team for SEO improvements
Ensure website security while monitoring overall performance
Improve customer service and provide timely issue resolution
Provide team support for all the staffs and ensure efficient data entry

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
