Experience: 2+ years in Operations Management and IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the website
• Manage and monitor payment systems integration
• Handle inventory management and fulfillment process optimization
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team for SEO improvements
• Ensure website security while monitoring overall performance
• Improve customer service and provide timely issue resolution
• Provide team support for all the staffs and ensure efficient data entry
