Moreover, we also help students with preparation classes for academic tests that are mandatory like the IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GMAT and GRE for anyone who wishes to pursue their higher education in Australia, United States of America or Europe. Also our approach to preparation classes is unique in itself whereby we do not just teach the course materials but share our knowledge.

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and support the strategic growth of our agency by generating new business opportunities. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong decision-making capabilities, exceptional counseling skills, and a proven ability to drive business success. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of the agency run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the expansion of Education Park’s global reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

  • Manage the daily operations of Education Park, ensuring that all activities align with company standards and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the performance of various departments, including counseling, administration, and test prep, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs across teams to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Process Improvement:

  • Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement new systems and procedures to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Strategic Planning:

  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies for business growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.
