Job Description

EB Pearls Group wants to appoint Operations Management Officers (OMO) who assume the role of planning and providing functional support to execute operational strategies. Our mission is to build team around the “Strategy function”, and this position is envisioned as important in the mission.

Position Overview 

OMO is concerned with building diverse strategic/operational priorities and ensuring effective management of the initiatives. This position is envisioned as crucial to EB Pearls Group ability to its short-term  and long-term objectives. S/he performs highly coordinating/collaborating managerial duties to achieve  the goals.  

OMO provides support to Strategy and Policy Director to formulate planning and develop resources and  coordinates with the Leadership team for implementation.

Key Roles 

  • Align processes, operational planning and department goals with overall strategy/priorities. 
  • Analyze/review and determine operational goals and activities. 
  • Provide technical support for the execution of operational planning. 
  • Construct analytical models and conduct data analysis and provide recommendations.  
  • Assess the operational performance and produce reports. 
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes. 
  • Develop, guide the implementation, and assess effectiveness of strategic HR programs. 
  • Ensure the policy cycle to formulate and appraise policies and procedures.
