Job Description

We are hiring an Operations Lead to join our mission-driven team at I.F.C. Hope Foundation, a sister organization of Investor Friendly CPA Pvt. Ltd. The selected candidate will play a central role in managing and improving the foundation’s day-to-day functions, supporting a wide range of programs and initiatives that create meaningful impact on the ground.

The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily functions of the foundation. This role ensures smooth execution of administrative, financial, logistical, and programmatic activities while supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple responsibilities, improve efficiency, and support the foundation’s mission.

Responsibilities: 

1. Strategic Operations Management

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the foundation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify process improvements to streamline workflow and increase productivity.
  • Support leadership in strategic planning and execution.

2. Administrative & Office Management

  • Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and external relationships.
  • Handle internal communications, document control, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes for meetings and discussions.

3. Financial Oversight & Compliance

  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

4. HR & People Management

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Implement policies for staff development, engagement, and performance management.
  • Oversee team schedules, workflow, and internal communication.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

5. Logistics & Event Coordination

  • Plan and execute foundation events, workshops, and fundraisers.
  • Manage travel arrangements and logistics for staff and stakeholders.
  • Oversee facilities and operational resources for seamless execution.

6. Program & Grant Support (if applicable)

  • Assist in monitoring program deliverables, milestones, and reporting.
  • Track deadlines for grant applications, compliance, and reporting.

7. Data Analysis, Field Visit & Report Making

  • Conduct data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform decision-making.
  • Perform field visits to monitor project progress, assess challenges, and gather insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports, impact assessments, and recommendations based on data and field observations.
