The selected candidate will play a central role in managing and improving the foundation’s day-to-day functions, supporting a wide range of programs and initiatives that create meaningful impact on the ground.
The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily functions of the foundation. This role ensures smooth execution of administrative, financial, logistical, and programmatic activities while supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple responsibilities, improve efficiency, and support the foundation’s mission.
