Location: Pulchowk, Lalitpur Tootle is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Support and Operations Team.

This internship offers hands-on experience in the ride-sharing industry and an opportunity to contribute to daily operational excellence. 
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
  • Assist in addressing ride-related issues, including cancellations, delays, or complaints.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.

Driver/Rider Coordination:

  • Communicate with drivers and riders to resolve real-time issues during rides.
  • Assist in activating new registered drivers by providing virtual support and answering queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of driver and rider interactions.

Operational Assistance:

  • Monitor ride activity to ensure service quality and efficiency.
  • Support daily operations by updating schedules, tracking metrics, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Data Management:

  • Collect and analyze data related to rides, cancellations, and customer feedback.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for operational improvements based on data trends.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with team members to execute special projects and campaigns.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving support and operations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors in management Completed or Running
  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
