Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations In-Charge to lead and oversee day-to-day travel operations at Enchanted Yatra. The Operations In-Charge will be responsible for managing tour logistics, coordinating with guides, suppliers, and clients, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and strong knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day travel operations, including tours, ticketing, and reservations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, guides, and transport providers for seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor ongoing trips and address operational issues promptly.
  • Ensure all itineraries and travel plans are executed as per client expectations.
  • Oversee visa processing, travel documentation, and insurance arrangements when required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Train and supervise operational staff to ensure service quality.
  • Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety protocols.
