Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations In-Charge to lead and oversee day-to-day travel operations at Enchanted Yatra. The Operations In-Charge will be responsible for managing tour logistics, coordinating with guides, suppliers, and clients, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and strong knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day travel operations, including tours, ticketing, and reservations.
Coordinate with suppliers, guides, and transport providers for seamless service delivery.
Monitor ongoing trips and address operational issues promptly.
Ensure all itineraries and travel plans are executed as per client expectations.
Oversee visa processing, travel documentation, and insurance arrangements when required.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Train and supervise operational staff to ensure service quality.
Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety protocols.
