We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing travel company, Snowyoda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily tour operations, including coordination with hotels, drivers, and vendors. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and hands-on experience with Excel are a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Hotel & Vehicle Coordination:

• Handle hotel bookings and confirmations
• Coordinate with transport vendors and assign vehicles as per itinerary
• Schedule drivers and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs

2. Driver & Vendor Accounts:Maintain records of driver payments and vendor settlements

• Follow up on bills, advances, and reimbursements
• Reconcile tour expenses post-travel

3. Tour Management:

• Monitor live trips to ensure smooth execution
• Act as the communication point between clients, guides, and vendors
• Handle any real-time issues during tours

4. Excel & Data Handling:

• Maintain operational sheets and itineraries
• Update cost sheets, manage records, and assist in creating reports

5. Communication & Client Handling:

• Maintain polite and professional verbal communication
• Coordinate with Indian clients pre-trip and during the journey
• Assist sales team with itinerary clarification and updates
