Job Description

Mobilemandu, Nepal's leading marketplace for electronics and gadgets, is seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Coordinator. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting various departments to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the marketplace.
  • Coordinate with different departments (sales, customer service, logistics) to streamline operations.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
  • Handle vendor relationships and negotiate terms to optimize costs and service quality.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Monitor and manage the logistics of product delivery and returns.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure service efficiency.

Customer Service Support:

  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Call and follow up with the vendor for payment
  • Coordinate for leave and travel of staff
  • Maintain operational records and documentation.
  • Prepare operational reports and present to senior management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Team Coordination:

  • Lead and support the operations team.
