Job Description

Sewa Digital Express is on the lookout for dynamic and experienced Operations & Business Development Officer to lead our logistics company. Based in the heart of Kathmandu at New Baneshwor, we are a fast-growing company in the Internet/E-commerce and Logistics Industry. If you're passionate about driving efficiency and excellence in logistics, we want you on our team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels and compliance.
  • Research and collect data on customer rankings of various service attributes like speed, cost, reliability, tracking accuracy, and customer service quality. 
  • Lead a team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and third-party logistics providers to optimize service levels and costs.
  • Streamline the supply chain to meet customer demands efficiently.
  • Implement process optimization and automation within logistics operations.
  • To evaluate the usage, satisfaction, and potential demand for Third-Party Logistics (3PL) services, both domestically and internationally, among businesses.
  • To assess the current state of warehouse management practices among businesses and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • To understand the strengths and weaknesses of existing logistics services from a customer perspective.
  • Develop organizational and individual KPIs to achieve the goals.
  • Analyze business performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
