Collaborate with the prospective employers mainly in the construction related field of the country to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing projects, internally and externally.
Oversee and grow the business relations, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new relations.
Understand key marketing performance metrics to provide construction projects research, their forecasts, competitive analyses to grow the business of the firm.

Must have good communication and mobilization skills.
Enthusiastic to build up new relationship with the major stakeholders/ prospective employers in the construction related field of the country.
Must have knowhow of the Bidding Processes and it’s technicalities.
Excellent Presentation and Data Analysis Skills.
Sense of Collaboration with other employees, executives, department heads.
Must be much Open-minded to receive any suggestions, feedback, feedforwards and criticisms.
Must be approachable and available to each levels of management and stakeholders.
Technical knowledge and skills regarding the organizational necessity.
Ethical leadership
Must be comfortable in making confident, rational and logical decisions.
Creativity and innovation in thought and behavior is also essential.
Strong communication skills (Both Nepali and English – Written and Verbal)
