Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Customer Service Associate will be responsible to handle the everyday activities related to client/customer service delivery. This would comprise of regular communication with clients and be ensuring that the clients are being provided with quality and timely services.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle all client queries, both Household and Institutional.
Handle all operations for pick-ups on a day-to-day basis.
Actively follow-up on potential clients for any partnerships, especially in Bhaktapur.
Reach out to organizations and/or individuals, both within and outside the valley and explore potential collaborations.
Maintain and regularly update the client database.
Schedule and conduct awareness workshops and site visits/campaigns.
Coordinate product deliveries to clients and regularly update the bin deliveries sheet.
Conduct comprehensive research on various areas relevant to business scope development.
Actively initiating programs that would contribute to the organization’s scope of work.
