We are seeking a proactive, organized Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our travel and trekking business, working under and assisting the Operations Manager. The role centers on operational coordination — bookings, logistics, and vendor communication — with a secondary role assisting on quotations and client follow-up. The ideal candidate has strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across trips and clients.
