Minimum qualification – High School Graduate
Must own a 2-wheeler and a valid license
Must be willing to commit for a minimum of 12 months, given probation period is cleared.

Additional qualities preferred

Note: Must own a Two Wheeler and have a valid Driving License

We are looking for an energetic team member to assist Operations at our Production Facility.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily order packaging and handover to in-house Delivery team/external delivery partner(s) for distribution
Reconcile cash collection and online payment collection at End-of-Day and input daily sales log onto internal records plus Tally Accounting Software
Reconcile sale via external delivery partner(s) on a weekly basis
Weekly visit to the office premises in Panipokhari (Kathmandu) for meeting with Accounts supervisor
Liaise with vendors to ensure required stock and inventory at the production facility is maintained (stock of Raw materials and Packaging Materials)
Oversee daily production quantity by observing order numbers (as production is made-to-order, and as fresh as possible).
Record attendance and performance of, and distribute monthly salary to, factory cooking staff.
Ensure required hygiene levels are maintained at Production Facility
Staff may be required to support in the following activities as and when required (travel and communication allowance will be provided):

a. Customer support via company telephone
b. Deliveries
