Bhola Foods is looking for a responsible and proactive Operations & Accounts Manager to handle day-to-day bookkeeping, manage a small delivery team, ensure smooth client servicing, and assist with hospitality when required.

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & Accounts Management – Maintain daily financial records, invoices, and payments (basic knowledge of Tally or similar software is a plus).
• Delivery Team Management – Supervise and coordinate a small team of delivery personnel.
• Client Servicing – Handle client queries, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth service.
• Hospitality Support – Be willing to assist with food service and operations when needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (Freshers with the right skills and attitude are welcome to apply!).
• Skills: Good communication, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attitude: Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to different roles.
