Job Description

The Operational Manager is a senior role in the company who oversees the overall management of the Kathmandu Office and ensures the efficient services to its clients and stakeholders. The Operational Manager will coordinate with other Branch offices as well. The position is based at the 3BEES Office in Kathmandu and reports to the Sydney Head Office on a daily and weekly basis. This is a full-time position.

  • Monitor the planning, implementation and evaluation of the company's programs and services
  • Ensure that the operation of the company meets the expectations of its clients and stakeholders 
  • Monitor and oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the company 
  • Research, develop and implement a marketing plan for the promotion and potential expansion of company business
  • Ensure branding guidelines are respected by all staff to ensure consistent company culture and identity
  • Supervise the maintenance of 3BEES online presence in different social media and ensure regularly updated contents
  • Develop and maintain an updated list of media contacts, establish and maintain media relationships
  • Represent the company in public and corporate events as well as with the press. 
  • Organise, conduct and attend relevant seminars, meetings, and participate in relevant national and international events and fairs for the promotion of the company business as instructed 
  • Develop and implement an adequate system to improve coordination between all departments and between the different national 3BEES offices 
  • Supervise and guide all 3BEES branch and Franchise offices’ staff  
  • Ensure the effective marketing and promotion of the branches according to the 3BEES Marketing Plan 
  • Develop adapted strategies and solutions and provide relevant guidance to increase financial returns
  • Ensure that the company complies with all legislation covering taxation and withholding payments
  • Ensure that all staff receives an orientation to the organization and that appropriate training is provided including training in the use of the 3BEES proprietary software
  • Implement a performance management process for all staff which includes monitoring the performance of staff on an on-going basis and conducting an annual performance review
  • Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with legislation and regulations
