Job Description

We are looking for a well-organized self-starter to work as our new starter operation assistant. The operations assistant's responsibilities include reporting directly to the production in charge and performing their duties in their absence. You should also be well-versed in internal operations, take minutes at meetings, forward and distribute mail as required, and prepare and file relevant documents. To be successful as an operations assistant, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities of the Social media Operational Assistant

Work closely with the production in charge of YouTube to oversee daily operations, acting as second-in-command and taking care of all duties in their absence.
Assisting the concerned production in-charge with operational issues.
Compile detailed information about regular schedule tasks and report to the concerned authorizer or supervisor as per the specified schedule.
Making artwork for YouTube, Facebook, and other social media.
Rendering and uploading content from different parties on the platform's provided system.
Making shorts, reels and stories for YouTube, Facebook and other social media.
Making banners for YouTube, Facebook, and community posts
Checking other parties' videos on music CMS and entertainment CMS and changing the thumbnail and detail if needed.
Releasing claims on YouTube, including those from other parties, and coordinating with the supervisor for the process.
To perform any other task and duties assigned by a senior or supervisor.
