Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Operation Officer to join our team at Brihat Group. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience in property management and office operations along with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of our property management and rental services.
Manage and maintain all necessary records, files, and documents.
Monitor and track rental payments, property maintenance, and lease agreements.
Develop and implement effective office procedures and policies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with tenants, landlords, and vendors.
Handle inquiries and concerns from clients in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
Mid-level experience in property management and office operations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
