  • Monitor and manage the daily operations of our Logistics / Courier / Air Express services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
