C.N.P. International Logistics is looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to fill the role of Operation Officer. We are a leading Logistics / Courier / Air Express company and are looking for someone with the right qualifications and attitude to join our team.

Monitor and manage the daily operations of our Logistics / Courier / Air Express services
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Logistics / Courier / Air Express operations
Proven track record of managing successful operations
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
