Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage the daily operations of the Online business
Manage the delivery staff
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
Manage and support recruiting efforts and staff administration
Maintain control of the payment process
Manage delivery staff compliance and accurate reconciliation of cash
Lead the troubleshooting efforts and solve the problems as they occur and ensure service integrit

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Administration or similar relevant field. Master’s (MBA) would be preferred
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in e-Commerce platforms.
