Job Description

The primary role of Operation Manager will be effectively manage day to day tasks of loan processing team to ensure smooth operation of Mortgage Empire's Loan Processing Office located in Kathmandu.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing day to day of loan processing operation
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Business development and clients relations management
Office management, operation and administration
Assists in various business process as and when required by the executives
Report of KPIs and financial performance
Take on special research projects and brief executive regarding findings
Keeps track of the team tasks at hand
