What is your role like?
You, as an Operations Manager, will be responsible for leading the Credit Team of the Learning Hub here at HLE Nepal. Essentially the Learning hub consists of newly recruited Credit Analysts who would require training and development before they are reassigned to their respective workflow.
Your responsibility would be to acquire exceptional Credit Analyst members, coach and develop them for high work performance before they are reassigned. There is a good degree of difference from one day to the next, with shifting priorities and new problems to solve daily whether situational, factual, or people-based.
