Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Handling day to day activities of the hotel
Lead and manage a team of around 15-20 personnel
Oversee staff performance and providing necessary input to the employees
Upholding the hotel's standards.
Effectively resolving guest complaints
Ensure guest and team member`s satisfaction
Carrying out travel service assistance
Carrying out basic maintenance work
Being a local representative for the company
Responsible to set and review budgets and manage costs

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum 3 Years of Managerial experience in a 3-5 star hotel
Should be Analytical and Strategic thinker
Should be Professional, responsible and Team Player
Should have excellent Knowledge of Hotel Operation
Computer Proficient and able to use Hotel Software’s (IDS) with ease
Should be able to perform multi-Tasks
Should have good Communication and Interpersonal skills
Should maintain Good relationship with Vendors, Clients & Guest
Needs to have good knowledge of Front Office, Sales & reservations
Should have general knowledge of Housekeeping
Should have patience and flexible working hours
