  • Minimum 3 Years of Managerial experience in a 3-5 star hotel
  • Should be Analytical and Strategic thinker

  • Should have excellent Knowledge of Hotel Operation
  • Computer Proficient and able to use Hotel Software’s (IDS) with ease
  • Should be able to perform multi-Tasks
  • Should have good Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Should maintain Good relationship with Vendors, Clients & Guest
  • Needs to have good knowledge of Front Office, Sales & reservations
  • Should have general knowledge of Housekeeping
  • Should have patience and flexible working hours

Job Description

  • Handling day to day activities of the hotel
  • Lead and manage a team of around 15-20 personnel 
  • Oversee staff performance and providing necessary input to the employees
  • Upholding the hotel's standards.
  • Effectively resolving guest complaints
  • Ensure guest and team member`s satisfaction
  • Carrying out travel service assistance
  • Carrying out basic maintenance work
  • Being a local representative for the company
  • Responsible to set and review budgets and manage costs
