Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Company Secretary to join our team. As the Company Secretary, you will be the first point of contact of the organization and also be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and excellence at all times. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee and manage daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high-quality standards and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall business performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on operations and performance.
