Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing staff, optimizing operational procedures, and collaborating with various departments to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and has a strong background in operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily recruitment operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
  • Manage and supervise documentation and compliance processes.
  • Coordinate closely with the PRO (Public Relations Officer) team to ensure timely submission of all necessary documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with office staff and account staff to maintain clear communication and alignment on recruitment goals.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Report to the CEO and Managing Director with updates on project status, operational challenges, and staff performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Should have basic knowledge on social media boosting and post design.
