Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee and streamline our daily operations, ensuring that our business processes are efficient and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating departments, improving performance, and driving growth initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills to manage resources effectively and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify operational issues across units, develop solutions, and resolve both new and existing problems.
  • Ensure that each unit is performing efficiently, meeting set standards, and delivering quality results.
  • Oversee the order process to ensure that each unit’s orders are completed and delivered on time.
  • Act as the primary liaison between units and the HO, ensuring alignment on goals, processes, and expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between units, promoting a cohesive workflow and minimizing disruptions.
  • Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.
  • Ensure all units adhere to company policies and quality standards to maintain consistent service delivery.
