We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee and streamline our daily operations, ensuring that our business processes are efficient and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that each unit is performing efficiently, meeting set standards, and delivering quality results.
• Oversee the order process to ensure that each unit’s orders are completed and delivered on time.
• Act as the primary liaison between units and the HO, ensuring alignment on goals, processes, and expectations.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between units, promoting a cohesive workflow and minimizing disruptions.
• Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.
• Ensure all units adhere to company policies and quality standards to maintain consistent service delivery.
