Oversee the overall operations of Education Park, including student counseling, administrative processes, and team management.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain precise student records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Stay updated on study destinations, courses, visa procedures, scholarship opportunities, and financial aid options to provide accurate guidance to students.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among team members.
Make sound decisions under pressure and address challenges effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Continuously assess and improve operations management practices to drive organizational growth and success.
