Roles and responsibilities of this job

Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Keeps a safe and clean environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Handle cash transactions for customers, make excel sheets for daily, weekly and monthly financial records
Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
Performs other accounting tasks as needed
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Supervise other staff on their work
Communicate with the guests by greeting, and directing them appropriately

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Proven experience of operations management, ideally in the restaurant sector
Demonstrable experience of man-management
IT Literacy: experience working with IT/digital systems including PoS, Accounting, Stock Check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written & verbal
Professional in presentation
Demonstrable literacy in finance and accounting - P&L, Balance Sheets, Cashflow, etc.
Relevant experience from international employers is a bonus
