- To manage overall operations including Food and Beverage units/Wellness and Air B&B rooms.
- To develop accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives consistent with the Company's financial projection.
- To create an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction.
- To establish and maintain a pro-active human resource function to ensure adequate employee.
- To understand the government regulations affecting hospitality and wellness operations.
- To develop and implement business strategies that are aligned with overall values, mission and vision of organization.
