Roles and responsibilities of this job

To manage overall operations including Food and Beverage units/Wellness and Air B&B rooms
To develop accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives consistent with the Company's financial projection.
To create an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction.
To establish and maintain a pro-active human resource function to ensure adequate employee
To understand the government regulations affecting hospitality and wellness operations,
To develop and implement business strategies that are aligned with overall values, mission and vision of organization

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Should have completed Bachelor degree in Hotel Management
At least 5 years of experienced in any hotel or multiple hospitality property as overall in-charge. Food and Beverage background will be prioritized
Excellent commend in English
Diverse knowledge of food and beverage operation
